General Information
We are located at Shop T5a, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise, it is part of the Circle on Cavill building, opposite Woolworths and behind the ChemPro Chemist.
We are open 9am to 6pm 7 days a week.
We offer self-contained apartments in Gold Coast resorts, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, in house laundry facilities, balconies, and complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi.
Our apartments are suitable for couples, groups, and solo travellers. While we welcome families with open arms, we do not offer child-proofing features or specific amenities for children.
While we love animals and have a furry friend in our office, unfortunately most of our apartments are not pet-friendly. At present our beach front apartments at Driftwood are the only properties which allow pets. This is subject to approval based on breed and size (must be under 10kg / short haired) and will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Facilities vary depending on the specific resort, but all apartments offer swimming pools and gyms. Some resorts also offer spas, BBQ facilities, saunas, steam rooms, games rooms, tennis courts, etc.
While Wow Stay guests have access to the full range of facilities offered by the resorts, it’s important to note that Wow Stay is not responsible for the maintenance of these facilities. This responsibility lies with the on-site management team of each individual resort. We recommend contacting the resort directly if you have any questions or concerns about the availability or condition of specific facilities.
The majority of our Wow Stay apartments all include one complimentary on-site parking space, subject to height restrictions.
Please note that this applies to all apartment categories except the apartments which state (No parking)’ in the title.
While most of our apartments come with one complimentary parking space, we’re happy to recommend a nearby, affordable option for additional parking when staying in Surfers Paradise:
Cypress Gardens Carpark, located a convenient 600 meters from our office at 3332 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise, offers secure outdoor parking 24/7. This parking facility has no height restrictions and boasts competitive rates, starting at just $5.50 AUD per day and $28 per week.
All buildings have elevators, but we do not offer apartments specifically designed for accessibility.
Yes, all apartments have free Wi-Fi. You will be able to find the Wi-Fi details in your Welcome Letter provided at check-in.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments, or payments upon arrival.
Yes, your payment information is secure. We only store the last 4 digits of your card number and use a secure payment system.
We offer a 5% discount for stays longer than 7 days. We encourage returning guests to contact our team for potential additional offers.
Yes, for all payments made to Wow Stay, the name on the credit or debit card used must match the name of the guest who has booked the accommodation. This helps us ensure the security of your transaction and prevent unauthorised payments.
We require full payment for your reservation at the time of booking or 30 days prior, depending on the selected rate at booking.
Please note: If you choose the “30-Day Prior Rate”, your payment will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.
Security deposits for one and two-bedroom apartments are $250 AUD, while two-bedroom plus study apartments and larger units require $500 AUD. We only have a couple of apartments where the security deposit require $1000 AUD. For stays of 7 nights or more, the deposit is charged and refunded upon departure. For shorter stays, the deposit is held as a pre-authorisation and released upon departure, assuming no damages or lost property. Security deposit refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
If you’re booking your stay within 30 days of your arrival, we’ll process the payment right away. Otherwise, you can choose either a non-refundable rate and pay at booking, or a 30-day prior rate where we’ll charge your card 30 days before your stay. Just remember, once your payment is processed, your reservation becomes non-refundable and non-changeable.

While we strive to maintain a consistent design aesthetic throughout our apartments, it’s important to note that they are all individually owned. This means that the specific furniture and appliances may vary from apartment to apartment.
However, one consistent feature across all apartments is the open-plan layout encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. This spacious and modern design creates a seamless flow between these central living spaces, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

No, we do not supply beach/pool towels. We recommend guests bring their own.
Wow Stay does not provide prams or high chairs as part of our standard amenities. However, we understand that traveling with young children can require additional equipment. To ensure your comfort and convenience, we recommend a specialized service called ‘Baby by the Beach.’

The best part? Baby by the Beach often delivers and sets up these items directly in your Wow Stay apartment prior to your arrival, making your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Please note that check-in is not available at the resorts themselves. This allows us to streamline the process and ensure a smooth start to your vacation.

To check in or make a reservation at Wow Stay, you must be at least 18 years old on the date of your arrival. The booking must also be made in the name of an individual who is 18 years or older, and the payment must be made using the same name as the person who booked the accommodation.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of our guests and to comply with local regulations.
Standard check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. Check-out is at 10 am.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
If you plan to arrive after 6 pm, when the Wow Stay office is closed, we can arrange for your keys to be securely stored in a lockbox. However, to ensure a smooth check-in process, we require the following information in advance via email:

For group bookings at Wow Stay, only the individual whose name is listed on the reservation can check in. This policy ensures a smooth and secure check-in process for all guests and adheres to our security protocols.
Please ensure that the person whose name is on the booking will be available to present their ID and payment method upon arrival. This individual will be responsible for collecting keys, completing registration formalities, and receiving any necessary information for the group.
If someone other than the person named on the reservation will be checking in on behalf of the group, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. We may require additional information or documentation for verification purposes.

No, you are not required to perform a full clean of the apartment before checking out. However, we appreciate it if you leave the apartment in a tidy condition with dishes washed and bins emptied.
If you lose your keys or access cards, please contact the Wow Stay office immediately. We will be happy to assist you with obtaining replacements. A fee will apply for lost or damaged keys or access cards.
Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee. Please confirm your check-out time with the Wow Stay office in advance if you require a late check-out.
Troubleshooting
Please ensure that you have followed the photo instructions and the map that was provided to you by our staff at check in.
If you have attempted to park by following another car and not the instructions, there is a chance you will end up in the wrong entrance.
If still having trouble, please contact our office on (07) 5649 5702.
Please be mindful that while our staff will try our best to assist you, we have over 70 properties and it is impossible for them to memorise where each space is located.
Firstly, please check you are at the correct space that has been assigned to you. This can be found on your keys, and on your welcome letter.
If it is within our operating hours of 9am and 6pm:
Please take a photo of the car parked in your space and contact our office on (07) 5649 5702. Our team will follow this up with on site security, and advise where to park in the interim.
If it is not within our operating hours of 9am and 6pm:
Please visit the on site security office of the resort, and ask them where to park until your space is free.
If you are occupying a space that has not been assigned to you, please advise our office at your earliest convenience to avoid a domino affect of parking issues.
While we are the managers of the apartment, we do not manage the entire building and are limited in what we are able to do regarding noise complaints.
Please contact the onsite reception or security at the resort you are staying in. They will be able to visit the apartment in question and remind them of the noise curfew, or potentially evict the guests if they are still disruptive.

If your device can select the connection option, but the password is not working, please double check the information on your welcome letter – or check the modem sticker for alternate options.
If you are not able to connect at all, please try resetting the modem by unplugging it for a few minutes and then turning it back on. Wait for the lights to come back on before attempting to reconnect.
If there are different connection options like 3G/4G/5G, consider trying other connections, such as Apartment-3G or Apartment-5G. Switching to a new network may improve dropouts or interruptions.
Please be mindful that storms and heavy rain can cause interruptions to the service.
If you notice any error with the air conditioning, please contact our office on 07 5559 3019 or if the office is closed send an email to: [email protected] for the team to action the following day.
To maintain optimal performance, please do not set the temperature lower than 22 degrees celsius. This may cause the condenser to ice up and lead to malfunction issues. Please remember to keep all doors and windows closed while using the AC.
If you experience problems with the televisions, start by verifying that all cables are correctly plugged in. Attempt to power off the TV from the wall for 5 minutes before turning it on again.
Adverse weather conditions such as strong wind and rain might disrupt the TV signal, so make sure all cables are firmly connected to both the TV and the wall.
For users with a digital set-top box, restarting it could help resolve issues. If you are using an antenna, adjusting its position may also improve reception.

We do not offer access to services such as Netflix through our accounts. If you choose to use your own login credentials, please ensure you sign out before leaving. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from accounts left signed in.
