Arrival & check-in
What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 10am. With 24/7 self check-in via our storefront or secure lockboxes, you can arrive any hour — just let us know your plans.

Where do I check in?

At our Surfers Paradise storefront, 9 Ferny Avenue — or via a secure keyless lockbox if you're arriving after hours. We'll send full details before you travel.

Is parking available?

Yes — secure on-site parking is available at all of our resorts. Specifics are confirmed with your booking for each apartment.

Your stay
Are the apartments self-contained?

Every one. Full kitchens, laundries and proper living space — they're real homes away from home, not hotel rooms.

What facilities are at the resorts?

It varies by building, but expect pools, spas, gyms and more — Circle on Cavill, Chevron Renaissance, Sierra Grand and Q Tower each have their own resort facilities.

Can I bring my dog?

Selected apartments are pet-friendly — just ask when you book and we'll sort you out. (Elvy strongly approves.)

Payments & changes
How do I pay?

Securely through our booking engine at the time of reservation. If you have questions about payment, just get in touch.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Cancellation terms depend on the rate and dates you book — they're shown clearly at checkout. For changes, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
